ViralPredictor is an AI-powered platform that simulates how real users on Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit would react to your content. By purchasing a package, users receive benefits such as higher content character limits, additional AI simulation credits, full platform support, and advanced user persona customization.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Payments & Refunds

All purchases on ViralPredictor are final. Due to the nature of our service, which incurs real-time AI processing costs, we do not offer refunds once simulation credits have been used. If a refund is requested, it must be within 7 days of purchase, and only if no AI simulations have been initiated. Any disputes regarding payments should be directed to our support team at [email protected]. Refunds will be granted solely at our discretion, except where required by law.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect personal data (name, email, payment information) and non-personal data (web cookies) as outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to:

- Engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities.

- Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt our AI simulations.

- Sharing your account with unauthorized users.
